Overview

This course Animal Science BSc (Hons) provides a comprehensive understanding of animal biology, production, health, and welfare. This course teaches you about animal science and how to use this knowledge to care for animals.

You'll learn both theory and practical skills through lectures and lab work. Topics for this course include animal body functions, diet, genetics, animal behaviour, well-being of animals, and animal husbandry and management.
