Typically applicants must hold a minimum of a BSc Hons 2:1 degree as well as a professional registration in nursing with a recognised organisation such as the Nursing and Midwifery Council. Applicants with a BSc Hons 2:2 (or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All applicants must have a minimum of one year’s postgraduate clinical experience and be working in a relevant area, where orthopaedic and fracture trauma nursing care can be delivered across the person’s lifespan.
