Entry requirements
This Bar Vocational Studies (BVS) programme is primarily designed for those who want to qualify as a barrister. It includes the vocational stage of training for the Bar of England and Wales. It will enable you to develop in depth legal knowledge and a wide range of legal skills, which could also be beneficial in a number of other professional careers. Choosing to take the Postgraduate Diploma (with Electives) or LLM routes will give you the opportunity to further develop your CV and knowledge of specialist areas of law. This is a blended learning programme, focussing on face-to-face teaching in small groups supported by extensive online materials to enhance classroom learning.
