Overview
Medical research is the backbone of modern medicine, driving innovation and improving patient care. While research and clinical practice may seem to be separate entities, advanced research skills develop a greater depth of understanding in doctors – and have a hugely positive impact on their practice. Our one-year intercalated BSc in Medical Research is your gateway to mastering research skills and transforming your medical career. Our programme is tailored to medical students eager to immerse themselves in a specialised research area. Whether your interests lie in clinical or biomedical research, we offer the flexibility to pursue research questions that align with your career goals.
