Entry requirements
This course is for those who are interested in the roles of food, nutrients and non-nutrients in health, physical activity and wellbeing. The course will run over an 11-week period from w/c 28/09/2026 to w/c 07/12/2026 with sessions held on Tuesdays from 14:00 to 17:00 or 14.00-16.00. There will be no teaching w/c 2 nd November (reading week). There is a 2-hour laboratory session following the reading week (delivered in-person or online). The course is worth 15 credits and can be taken as part of MSc Applied Nutrition at City St George's.
