The project will focus on the psychology of human excellence and/or well-being. The research will, broadly speaking, address how high achievers develop, succeed, and thrive in demanding environments, and will likely cluster around one or more of the following related themes: With this in mind, the applicant should write and submit a research proposal as part of the applicant.
