Overview

Students will explore population health approaches, social determinants of health and health inequalities to understand the needs of the local population. Students will become confident in developing innovative, transformative solutions / interventions that are community based and population driven. Students will critically reflect on how theories of education and leadership impact on leading and managing their teams and services. The module is delivered by Dr Esther Clift, Associate lecturer at the University of Winchester and Consultant in Frailty.
