Founded in 2019, Leicester Global Study Centre is a pathway provider that helps international students who don’t meet the entry requirements to gain direct admission through its pathway programmes.

The institute is a partner college of the University of Leicester, and the curriculum of the courses is set in coordination with the University of Leicester as well. Upon successful completion of this programme, students will get direct entry to their preferred programmes.

The establishment provides pathways into a great range of undergraduate programmes, as well as pre-sessional English courses. Through its programmes, students will develop language skills and academic knowledge.

The Leicester Global Study Centre's mission is to shape future leaders by providing international students with tailored pathways and a supportive, diverse learning environment that prepares them for success at the University of Leicester and beyond.

The University of Leicester Global Study Centre has a history rooted in the University of Leicester's commitment to international education and providing pathways for students to access its degree programmes. It specifically caters to international students who may not meet the direct entry criteria for the University of Leicester.

Leicester Global Study Centre provides access to a wide range of facilities, including the library, study spaces, computer suites, and the Students' Union. Students can also benefit from on-site academic and student support services, accommodation guidance, and English language support.

Leicester Global Study Centre is located in the historic city of Leicester. Nestled along the scenic banks of the River Soar and just a short distance from the tranquil beauty of the National Forest, the centre offers students a unique setting for learning and exploration.
