Overview
This module enables learners to further develop advanced burn care skills and enhance the theoretical knowledge that underpins clinical practice (CC3N, April 2025). Credits achieved at Level 7 may be used towards the MSc Advanced Professional Practice Programme. The module is hosted and delivered online by the London and South East Burn Network, with academic quality assurance and assessment oversight provided by UEA. The curriculum follows the patient journey, beginning with the underlying pathophysiology of burn injury. This is followed by themed content covering: · Prehospital burn care and initial assessment
