Please note: if you are an overseas student, you are only eligible for full-time study. Master's by Research programmes provide an opportunity for independent study within a structured academic environment. The research programme which is agreed with the supervisor will be designed to provide an effective training in research methods within the discipline area selected.
Entry requirements
A good Honours degree (2:2 or above) or a Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant subject area. International applicants (for whom English is not their first language) are required to have IELTS with an overall score of 6.5 or with no less than 5.5 in any area, or an alternative UKVI-recognised English language qualification.
