Advanced Clinical Management of Chronic Disease

This 20-credit, Level 7 module is for registered healthcare professionals managing chronic disease. You'll develop skills in: This will help you manage chronic diseases in a range of settings. You'll be working at an advanced level of clinical practice. The module will allow you to analyse and review care decisions. You'll achieve this through discussing and debating different approaches to delivering care. This will meet the medico-legal requirements for advanced practice. We embed ethical and moral principles throughout the course. This module is also available on the MSc Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Apprenticeship). If you study it as a standalone module, you can then use it to complete the apprenticeship.
