Overview
The School of Health Sciences at the University of East Anglia (UEA) is delighted to offer the MSc Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) Degree Apprenticeship to UK-based registered healthcare professionals looking to advance their practice and obtain a masters-level academic qualification in advanced clinical practice. The programme is accredited by NHS England Centre for Advancing Practice and aligned to the Multi-Professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England (NHSE, 2017). If you are working in an advanced practice role, this allows for you to register with NHS England as an Advanced Practitioner on successful completion of the programme. Our programme is based on the four pillars of advanced practice: clinical, leadership and management, education, and research. You will gain the knowledge, insight and skills to progress patient care and your career to the next level, whilst furthering your skills in research appraisal, evidence-based practice, and decision making. Reflecting UK and international benchmarks, our Advanced Clinical Practitioner Apprenticeship programme has been designed to help experienced professionals meet the challenges of working in an ever-changing health and care sector head-on, with improved ways of working and a positive impact on patient health. The MSc Advanced Clinical Practitioner Degree Apprenticeship will be typically completed over three years, and you will study at level 7.
