Overview
Are you a Registered Nurse or health professional working in community care with a desire to improve your knowledge of clinical practice and care management? This short course focuses on developing your understanding of leading and coaching a community nursing team, alongside your skills in multi-agency collaboration to support adults to remain safely in their chosen place of care.

You must have an appropriate health and social care related qualification; for example, registered nurse, assistant practitioner, allied health professional, or paramedic
