Overview
This module develops healthcare registrants in the assessment, diagnosis and management of minor injuries to deliver autonomous, evidence-based care for service users across the age spectrum presenting with undiagnosed minor injuries.
Entry requirements
Applicants must hold an appropriate healthcare or bachelor’s degree with honours, or have evidence of recent level 6 study. Be employed in or have access to a suitable UK healthcare setting to support work-based development and assessments of same-day ill-health presentations They must be a UK-registered healthcare professional with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience. Nurses, midwives, allied health professionals and pharmacists with current professional body registrations are encouraged to apply.
