Overview
This course provides the opportunity for newly qualified social workers (NQSWs) to develop the skills, competencies and confidence required for practice. Through a structured programme of teaching and learning opportunities you will consider and develop an understanding of your professional social work practice within a working environment.
Entry requirements
You must be a newly qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England and be in the first two years of employment in a Social Work role. If your first language is not English, you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent.
