Entry requirements
A Level: ABB including Chemistry and Mathematics or Further Mathematics.
IB: 32 points with Mathematics and Chemistry at Higher Level grade 6.
Scottish: ABB at Advanced Higher including Chemistry and Mathematics or Further Mathematics. Two Highers at the required grade (in different subjects to those offered at Advanced Higher) may replace a third Advanced Higher.
Irish Leaving Certificate: Candidates will normally only be considered for foundation year entry. Applications will be considered on an individual basis.
Access Qualifications: In relevant area of engineering or physical science. Must include 45 credits at Level 3, of which 30 credits must be at Distinction and 15 credits at Merit or higher. At least 30 level 3 credits in Maths and Chemistry.
