Civil and Structural Engineering - BEng (Hons)

A Level: ABB including Mathematics or Further Mathematics.

IB: 32 points with Mathematics at Higher Level grade 5.

Scottish: ABB at Advanced Higher including Mathematics. Two Highers at the required grade (in different subjects to those offered at Advanced Higher) may replace a third Advanced Higher

Irish Leaving Certificate: Candidates will normally only be considered for foundation year entry. Applications will be considered on an individual basis.

Access Qualifications: In a relevant area of engineering or physical science. 30 level 3 credits at Distinction and a further 15 level 3 credits at Merit or above required. At least 15 credits should be in mathematics at Distinction (including differential and integral calculus). Other units should include analytical engineering sciences (e.g. mechanical or electrical science/principles, physics, chemistry, materials science, electronics).
