Overview
This module provides a holistic understanding of project management from inception to completion and occupation, focusing on feasibility, ethics, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. Students will evaluate the project life cycle, understand the Project Manager's role, and develop the skills to produce a professional Project Management Plan for successful delivery.
Entry requirements
Standard Entry Requirements Relevant industry experience and/or a good honours degree. English Language Requirements Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
