It is also appropriate for nurses who provide care for patients receiving cytotoxic or biological therapies while outlying from their specialist area, such as those working on general wards or in community settings. To develop practitioners who can critically evaluate, autonomously implement, and lead evidence-based practice in the administration of cytotoxic and biological therapies within non-oncology settings, demonstrating systematic understanding of immunological principles, originality in addressing complex patient care challenges, and professional accountability in therapeutic decision-making.
