Education - BA (Hons)

A Level: BBB. A minimum of a Grade B or 6 in English at GCSE if without A Levels which demonstrate significant amounts of writing.

IB: 32 points including three subjects grade 5 or above at Higher Level. English at SL grade 5 required if without Higher Level subjects which demonstrate significant amounts of writing.

Scottish: BBBBB at Higher Grade. Combinations of Highers and Advanced Highers accepted. Scottish qualifications can be taken in more than one sitting. National 5 English required at grade B (or grade 2 Standard Grade or Intermediate 2 equivalent) if not offered at Higher.

Irish Leaving Certificate: H2H2H2H3H3 at Higher Level including English.

Access Qualifications: Level 3 units in Social Sciences, Cultural or Media Studies are desirable. At least 30 level 3 credits at Distinction and in addition at least 15 level 3 credits at a minimum of Merit. A minimum of a Grade B or 6 in English at GCSE is required.
