Overview
Our MSc in Environmental Dynamics and Climate Change explores the patterns, processes and impacts of environmental and climatic change at both global and regional scales. This programme will equip you with the interdisciplinary skills needed to understand the Earth’s rapidly changing environment. You will learn through research‑led teaching and hands‑on experience, including laboratory work, field-based learning and environmental modelling. By the end of your studies, you will be able to interpret complex real‑world datasets, evaluate human influences on a naturally variable climate system, and communicate scientific insights effectively to academic, professional and stakeholder audiences. A distinctive feature of this MSc is its focus on addressing key social, cultural and environmental challenges. You will examine how environmental change connects local and global processes, and develop the knowledge and confidence to make a meaningful contribution to the world around you.
