Overview
This 10 credit module considers the cutting-edge of educational practices, exploring how to create more engaging, equitable, and impactful learning experiences. You will examine emerging trends and consider their future implications as well as considering what innovation means for education and your role. You will have the opportunity to develop your theoretical knowledge and explore practical applications to practice. The course will enhance your ability to critique innovation with confidence, and support you in developing pedagogy and future-focused education to address real-world educational challenges. This module can be taken as standalone CPD or as part of the Education MA. If taken as standalone CPD, students can choose whether or not to complete an assessment and gain 10 credits towards an MA.
