Overview
This course is aimed at qualified health and social care professionals who have a passion for a particular area of practice and who wish to develop innovative approaches to their work. There will also be a structured programme of teaching and learning opportunities exploring ethics, relevant research methodology, evaluation tools, and how to judge impact.
Entry requirements
You must be a Social Worker or health and social care professional with at least one year of post qualifying experience. You need to secure the support of your line manager to undertake the chosen area of innovative practice. If your first language is not English, you will need to meet the minimum requirements of an English Language qualification. The minimum for IELTS is 6.0 overall with no element lower than 5.5, or equivalent.
