This one-day course has been developed by the Lincoln Institute of Agri-technology and is designed to introduce you to key sustainability concepts in the agri-food supply chain. The course is designed for agriculture and food industry professionals, retail and sourcing agronomists and technologists, and those interested n sustainable food systems or part of procurement strategies. By focusing on the three pillars of sustainability, carbon foot printing, and life cycle analysis, you can gain an understanding to of how to reduce your business or organisations' environmental impact and related costs.
