Overview
Law with foundation year is designed as a preparatory year to enable you to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills you need to progress to the first year of Bachelor of Laws (LLB) course. The foundation year will prepare you for the demands of Level 4 study by introducing them to a number of core legal subjects. The unique feature of this course is that not only will you learn about the theory of subjects, but you'll also have the opportunity to apply this knowledge in the Legal Drafting and Advocacy modules. You will prepare court documents such as skeleton arguments setting out your case and then practise these skills during mock hearings and advocate your case.
