This interprofessional module explores leadership theories and models to enhance effective team performance and the delivery of safe, high-quality care. It supports the development of key transferable skills, including critical thinking, professional reasoning, leadership strategy development, and reflective debate, enabling healthcare professionals to lead confidently across diverse practice sett The course runs each period of study.
