Overview
It is tough running a successful business. There is a lot of competition and a constant stream of new technologies available to organisations and their competitors to chart and navigate the ever-changing business environment. For a business to succeed, it must leverage every possible advantage it can find. While this is not a new concept, technology is changing in new ways — and at increasing speed; this is why business analysis is essential for organisational success, and why professional’s adept at analysing a business strategy and business plans are in high demand. This course explores the concepts of business analysis and aims to develop the required skillset for apprentices to deliver competitor advantage within their organisations, particularly, the course seeks to develop your: The course will develop your knowledge and skills to document business problems and user needs, and create solution requirements that align to best practice, and present them in a meaningful and logical way appropriate to the audience. Having this skillset allows you to focus on benefits and outcomes to ensure the right problems are solved and the right products are developed. Business analysis exists in almost every sector, from not-for-profit organisations through to retail and the financial services. It is dynamic and collaborative and provides a recognised career with professionals taking lead roles in successful change delivery.
Entry requirements
Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. GCSE grade 4/Functional Skills Level 2 Maths.
