This module aims to further develop the leadership and management competencies of qualified health and social care professionals.
Entry requirements
This course is designed for registered nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals seeking to enhance their understanding of contemporary leadership, management, innovation, and change theories. It focuses on their practical application to drive advancements in public health, healthcare, and social care. Jan: 6 and 20 January 2027 Feb: 3 and 24 February 2027 Mar: 10 March 2027 Assessments will be scheduled to take place during the W/C 13/5/2027 This module aims to further develop the leadership and management competencies of qualified health and social care professionals. Throughout this module you will critically analyse theories underlying effective and efficient leadership, management and innovation development and implementation. You will have the opportunity to apply module content to plan your own practice innovation development relevant to your specialist area of practice.
