Leadership Role in Quality, Innovation and Change Individual Modules

Whether you want to build skills in leadership to advance in your career, or you want to brush up the latest skills and application of leadership in quality and innovation, this module is for you. With the experts at University of Staffordshire, you to consider key leadership topics in relation to Health and Social Care. Leadership theories will provide a valuable lens through which approaches to achieving collaborative working practice can be explored. These theories address dimensions of leadership such as change management, conflict, teamwork, motivation, and power. On successful completion of study, we will issue the following award: Individual Modules Leadership Role in Quality, Innovation and Change

Evidence of the ability to study at levels 6 or above and/or relevant health and social care experience.

Most courses require IELTS 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, or an equivalent approved English language qualification. Some courses have higher entry criteria, so check the course-specific entry requirements.
