Overview

The MSc in Lifestyle Medicine covers a range of interdisciplinary topics focused on preventing, managing, and reversing chronic diseases through evidence-based lifestyle interventions. Whilst it does have a particular emphasis on obesity, it covers other non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis and mental health disorders.
