Entry requirements
A Level : AAB including grade A in Mathematics OR ABB including grade A in Mathematics AND one A level from: Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry, English Literature, Geography, History, Physics and Modern/Classical Languages or grade 2 in any STEP paper.
IB: 34 points with Mathematics Analysis and Approaches at Higher Level grade 6.
Scottish : AAABB (combination of Highers and Advanced Highers) with AB at Advanced Higher level and including Mathematics at Advanced Higher grade A.
Irish Leaving Certificate: H1H1H2H2H3 at Higher Level, including Mathematics at Grade H1.
Access Qualifications : 45 level 3 credits at Distinction including 15 level 3 credits in mathematical studies. A Newcastle University Mathematics and Statistics pre-entry course may also be required.
