Overview
Plymouth’s PhD Social Policy programme has a long and distinguished history and we have an international reputation for research excellence. In the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021, 86% of our research was classified as ‘world-leading’ or 'internationally excellent'. We have collective strengths in health policy, gender, media, sustainability, climate change, nationalism and methodological innovations.
