Overview
This module supports you to develop advanced skills in care planning, therapeutic engagement, multidisciplinary working and recovery-focused practice, with a strong emphasis on service user and carer involvement.
Entry requirements
You should normally have a relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification. The module is particularly suitable for professionals working in, or seeking to develop knowledge of, mental health, health and social care, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, psychology, community services, public services or the voluntary sector. Applicants without a first degree may be considered where they can demonstrate relevant professional experience and the ability to study at Level 7. Where the module involves practice-based learning or placement-related activity, you may need to demonstrate access to an appropriate practice setting. This should be confirmed with the programme team before applying.
