Overview
Train to become a qualified primary school teacher while working, with an apprenticeship that combines expert-led study and real classroom experience.
Entry requirements
A second-class honours degree or equivalent. All applicants must have achieved at least a grade 4/C in GCSE in English, Maths and a Science subject or equivalent. Applicants meeting the required GCSE standard by taking an equivalence test or other evidence may be required to undertake additional assessment to meet Level 2 criteria for apprenticeship funding – see full entry requirements and other qualifications we accept.
All applicants will be required to complete a Skills Gap Analysis before completing an application form. All applicants will be invited to attend an interview which will consist of a presentation element, a one to one interview and an English and mathematics test. All offers are subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance and Occupational Health clearance.
