Overview
The BSc Psychology (Sport and Health) allows you to explore how psychology shapes human behaviour in sport, physical health, and mental wellbeing. You will take a scientific approach to understanding the connection between the mind, health and performance examining everything from brain processes to social and environmental influences. You will develop a strong foundation in core areas of psychology while learning how to apply this knowledge in real-world sport, performance, exercise, and health contexts. By combining theory with practice, you will build both professional expertise and valuable interpersonal skills.
