Through explanation, drafting practice and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to review and amend clauses confidently, support effective negotiations and progress a commercial lease from heads of terms to completion. The non-consecutive day format allows time to consolidate learning and return to Day 2 with strengthened understanding and questions.
