Overview
This short course in investigation management will help you develop the skills and knowledge required to coordinate interviews for major investigations. You'll consider other stakeholders involved in the investigative interview process and the importance of effective communication and negotiation with them. You'll also examine the practicalities of the role and the importance of monitoring interviews and evaluating performance and information. Throughout the course, you'll be introduced to structures designed to support the development of the interview strategy and explore the value of effectively managing and coordinating interviews with witnesses and subjects to maximise the quality and quantity of information obtained. You're required to attend university for face-to-face teaching sessions for all three days at your chosen location.
