Other eligibility requirements To be eligible for a Chevening Scholarship you must: Be a citizen of a Chevening-eligible country or territory. Return to your country of citizenship for a minimum of two years after your award has ended. Have completed all components of an undergraduate degree that will enable you to gain entry onto a postgraduate programme at a UK university by the time you submit your application. This is typically equivalent to an upper second-class 2:1 honours degree in the UK but may be different depending on your course and university choice. Have at least two years (equivalent to 2,800 hours) of work experience. Apply to three different eligible UK university courses and have received an unconditional offer from one of these choices by 13 July 2023.

Terms and Conditions: The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is an award of £3,000 applied to students entering into year 1 of a Hartpury programme It is applied to your first year of study only Undergraduate scholarships are applicable for full degree subjects including two-year foundation degrees, but is not applicable for foundation one-year or top-up programme entry This will be awarded in the form of a tuition fee discount only and cannot be used in place of any required deposit. The tuition fee discount will be deducted off your second tuition fee instalment. Once you have been awarded the scholarship, you will receive a revised invoice for your first-year tuition fee. No cash alternative is available If you are awarded a scholarship and wish to defer your entry to the University your scholarship will not be transferred; however you will be eligible to apply for scholarships applicable for the next academic year Future requests for further funding will not be considered under this scheme Applicants who are in receipt of any other scholarship, bursary, funding or discount will not be eligible for this Scholarship You must be confirmed as an international student for fee paying purposes (this information is contained in your offer letter) The Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is only available to self-funded students.
