By joining ROMBA, we align with over 50 top global business schools and more than 90 corporate partners committed to advancing equality in business education, the workplace, and society. As a ROMBA Fellow, you’ll receive financial support along with access to unique opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat, complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and exclusive networking and professional development resources. Additionally, we provide a travel stipend to attend the fellowship leadership retreat North America in July 2025. Recipients of this award will also take on a leadership role within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and represent the School as part of the Student Ambassador Scheme.
