Course Overview: Our Accounting and Management with Foundation Year degree provides you with an alternative route into undergraduate study, if for example, you don’t meet the typical entry requirements for our three-year programme. Our Foundation Year is designed to help you step into university life with ease. You’ll build essential academic and digital skills from writing and presenting to using online resources for research and supporting your studies. This Accounting and Management with Foundation Year offers a taste of university-level learning in a supportive environment to help you get the most of out of your studies. You will get a taste of studying within a multidisciplinary School, collaborating with students from a range of other subjects, including economics, finance and marketing. Once you successfully complete the foundation year, you’ll progress to Year 1 of the BSc (Hons) Accounting and Management programme. On our Accounting and Management degree, you’ll gain a strong foundation in accounting theory and practice, while developing the leadership skills and business insight employers value. Depending on the modules you choose, you could also be eligible for exemptions from professional exams, giving you a head start on your journey to becoming a Chartered Accountant.
