Overview
The programme was revalidated in April 2026 and has been developed with significant input from current students and employers. Study the science behind human health Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to successfully study the innerworkings of human health and disease, including human anatomy and physiology, cell biology, genetics and molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology and microbiology, as well as a practical grounding in data analysis, statistics and mathematics. “ In our course, we are committed to promoting inclusivity and increasing participation in STEM. Our teaching actively highlights diverse role models from a variety of backgrounds, by featuring scientists who are involved in teaching and contributing to the course.
