Overview

The overall aim of this course is to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge to enable them to pursue a professional career as a Chartered Building Surveyor within the built environment.

Entry requirements

Entry to the course will be via successful completion of the Local Authority Building Control (level 4-5 ) qualification as part of the LABC/University of Wolverhampton ‘Articulation agreement’; Successful completion with credit profile of a Foundation Degree in a cognate area deemed equivalent to 240 credits of level 4 and 5 study (minimum of 120 level 5) or equivalent qualifications which will be considered on a case by case basis.; Application by Mature students onto the course is encouraged and you may be invited to attend an interview to ascertain your suitability for the course.; Applicants with semi-cognate qualifications will also be considered provided this is supplemented by relevant ‘Industry’ experience.; Advanced entry above level 5 may be considered dependent upon qualificati
