Overview
Study Midwifery at the University of Suffolk and help transform the lives of women throughout their pregnancy and childbirth experience as a registered Midwife. You will develop vital skills, empathy, and the confidence needed to support women, babies, and their families in both hospital environment and within community care. The course embeds the NHS Constitution Values and 6 Cs, offering an integrated approach to learning and providing a balance of both theoretical education and practical experience.
Learn among state-of-the-art facilities using our simulated mannequins and birthing simulators to help you build the skills you need for decision-making and patient care. Students will gain practice experience during clinical placements at one of 6 NHS maternity units
