Overview
This module develops a strong understanding of contemporary built asset procurement and contractual practice, enabling students to evaluate how time, cost, quality, and risk shape project decisions. Learners explore traditional and modern procurement routes, assess contractual obligations and risks, and apply this knowledge to produce robust construction delivery strategies for complex project scenarios.
Entry requirements
Standard Entry Requirements Relevant industry experience and/or a good honours degree. English Language Requirements Applicants whose first language is not English should have an IELTS of 6.5 overall, with no component lower than 5.5, or an equivalent.
