Overview

This double level 7 practice module, Care of the Older Person with Frailty, will provide students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding of the complexity of assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care relevant to the older person with frailty in a variety of care environments including the home, community settings and hospital.

Entry requirements

You must be a qualified health care professional with a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience, and from a respective healthcare background. IELTS6.5 overall, no part below 5.5
