Overview
This non-credit bearing Certificate in Real Estate Investment Finance (CREIF) programme has been designed for real estate professionals, as well as fund managers and investment bankers, who would like to gain a better understanding of real estate as a financial asset in an investment portfolio. The programme is delivered entirely online, offering students a flexible and innovative way to study, share knowledge and experience in real life situations.
Entry requirements
The programme is designed to help professionals in the real estate industry to deepen their understanding of the financial attributes of real estate in addition to their physical attributes. It is also suitable for people with general business and economics background to develop their knowledge of real estate and how to use it to optimise the company portfolio and performance. You should have an honours degree or equivalent. It is also desirable to have at least two years' relevant experience in the workplace.
