Overview
Child nursing involves assessing children, young people, and their families. You will learn how to do this across a range of ages and settings. You will learn how to communicate effectively with children, many of whom will have varied and complex care needs. For the BSc version of this course you are not required to complete an honours project or dissertation. Supported by our specialist team, you will develop and evaluate plans of care across different settings and for conditions affecting physical and mental health and wellbeing, reflecting the complexity of care received.
