Entry requirements
Applicants are normally expected to have a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent, in surveying, construction, civil engineering, real estate or any other construction subject. In exceptional circumstances, applicants who do not meet the standard entry requirement but have relevant professional experience may be invited to an interview and test, at which they will be required to demonstrate the necessary knowledge and understanding for entry onto the course. IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in each band, or equivalent. TOEFL total/overall 80 with reading 20, listening 18, speaking 21, and writing.
