Overview
This module will enable you to competently undertake a full physical examination of the newborn. This will be from a holistic perspective, critically appraising the relevant antenatal and intrapartum factors in relation to contemporary literature and professional responsibilities.
Entry requirements
You must be a registered midwife or neonatal nurse, and be supported to achieve practical requirements by your employing Trust. This course is not available to international students who require a student sponsor to study in the UK. When you accept our offer, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. English language requirements In addition to the academic entry qualifications, if your first language is not English you must demonstrate that your level of English is appropriate for study at postgraduate level. An IELTS overall score of 7.0 is required for this course. Application process Apply through our Moodle Portal.
