Course Overview: On this Law with Politics degree, you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the contemporary legal and political issues that shape our lives and society and the relationship between these two interconnected disciplines. The law dictates the structure, accountability and governance of our country and its regions, but it also provides the essential tool with which government can control, protect, and implement change within society. As you progress on the degree, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to tailor your degree to your interests and aspirations through an exciting array of specialised modules in fields like international law, family law, medical law, and emerging technologies. You can also choose to explore more vocational subjects tested in the Solicitors’ Qualifying Examinations (SQE) - such as Business Law, Wills and Estates, and Property Practice - providing you with a gateway to professional training to become a solicitor.
